1. Order Processing Policy

At BOOTSIE, every pair is crafted with care to ensure premium quality.

Most orders are ready to ship. If your selected size is unavailable, our craftsmen will handcraft your shoes within 5–6 business days before dispatch.

You will be notified once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping & Delivery Policy

We deliver across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

Delivery Time

  • Ready-to-ship orders: 3–4 business days

  • Made-to-order sizes: 5–6 business days for production, followed by 3–4 business days for delivery

Delivery times may vary due to weather, holidays, or courier delays.

3. Parcel Inspection Policy

Your satisfaction comes first.

Where courier service permits, you may open and inspect your parcel before making payment.

Please verify the product, size, and condition before completing the payment.

4. Size Exchange Policy

If your shoes do not fit perfectly, we offer an easy size exchange.

Exchange Conditions

  • Request within 5 days of delivery.

  • Shoes must be unused.

  • Original shoe box and packaging must be included.

  • The product must not be damaged.

After approval, we will dispatch the correct size.

When our courier delivers the replacement pair, simply return the previous pair in its original packaging.

5. Return & Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us.

If you wish to return your order, you may do so within 5 days of receiving it.

Return Eligibility

  • Product must be unused.

  • Product must not be damaged.

  • Original packaging must be included.

Once our quality inspection team approves your return, your refund will be transferred to your bank account.

Refund processing may take several business days depending on your bank.

6. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. Customers may instead request a return or size exchange according to our policies.

Customers should only make payment after inspecting the parcel if the courier service allows parcel inspection.

Our shoes are handmade from premium cow leather.

For longer life:

  • Avoid excessive water.

  • Clean with a soft cloth.

  • Use quality leather conditioner occasionally.

  • Store in a cool, dry place.

  • Avoid direct sunlight for extended periods.

11. Warranty Policy

BOOTSIE stands behind the quality of its craftsmanship.

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects only.

It does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Water damage

  • Scratches from use

  • Improper care

  • Accidental damage

12. Pricing Policy

All prices displayed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

BOOTSIE reserves the right to change prices, promotions, and offers without prior notice.

13. Promotional Offers Policy

Discounts and promotional offers are valid only during the advertised period.

Offers cannot be combined unless specifically stated.

Promotional discounts cannot be applied after an order has been placed.
