Open Parcel Before Payment

At BOOTSIE, we believe in complete transparency and customer satisfaction. You are welcome to open and inspect your parcel before making the payment. Please check the product, size, and condition carefully. If everything is correct, you can confidently complete your payment to the courier.

Size Exchange Policy

Your comfort is our priority. If your shoes don't fit perfectly, we offer a size exchange within 5 days of delivery.

To qualify for an exchange:

• Shoes must be unused and undamaged.
• They must be returned in their original box and packaging.
• A short video of the shoes is required before the exchange is approved to help us verify their condition.

Once your request is approved, we will dispatch the correct size. When our courier delivers the replacement pair, simply return the previous pair in its original packaging to the rider.
